Throughout the summer I went and saw many movies, in this article I am going to explore the reasons why I decided to go to the cinemas. In the summer I went to see 3 films which are 'Ted the movie', 'American Pie the reunion' and 'The amazing spiderman'. I feel that I was encouraged to see these movies as I was drawn in by the TV commercials that were repeated often, the more I saw the TV ad the more i wanted to see the movie. I was persuaded because the adverts made me laugh or left me sitting on the edge of my seat wondering what is going to happen. I also read reviews from sites like 'IMDb' which were all really positive on all 3 films so that encouraged me the most.
The TV commercials and reviews did not let me down as I really enjoyed all 3 trips to the cinema, the experience was enhanced by high quality service from the cinema and being with my mates. 'The amazing spiderman' gripped us from beginning to end with action and suspense. The other two movies were hilarious we never stopped laughing from the word go, we even remember funny catch phrases from the movie and can't stop saying them. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the cinema.
Overall I think that advertisement of movies is very good as I was persuaded to go 3 times. Also film review sites are very useful as you get many opinions before you go out and waste your money at the cinema. But if you get a good movie to watch at the cinema it can be a great experience and well worth the money.
